An outpatient facility within 30-minutes of Dayton, Ohio is in need of a physician who is willing to join their team starting as soon as credentialing can be completed.
- Permanent Family Practice opening
- Schedule: Mon-Thur 8a-5p, Fr 8a-4p, Sa 8a-1p
- Call 1:7 weekly rotation (Wed-Wed) with other MD's & NP's
- Board status: must be BC FM or outpatient IM, or BE within 5-years residency
- Certifications: BLS, and Ohio license preferred
- Patient details: Outpatient only, no OB required; 18-25 patients/day
- EMR: Epic
