- Outpatient only no inpatient responsibility.
- The Physician will be supported by a full support team in the Clinic.
- Multiple clinic locations throughout the Chicagoland area and suburbs.
- All clinics have “State of the Art” equipment to support the Physician.
- Hours and schedule vary by location; to be determined with the Clinic manager
