Need: 2 FP/IM Providers for each location Permanent Full-time Hire
2 Locations: Fairfax, SC ~ Bamberg, SC
As soon as credentialed
ABOUT THE POSITION:
Physician must hold a MD or DO degree and Board Certified/ Board Eligible in
Family Medicine. They offer benefits which include Health, Dental, Life
Insurance, Retirement Plan, CME, & Malpractice coverage. They participate with
NHSC/State loan repayment.
Mon-Fri / 8-5
Shared Call - 1:13 (Phone only)
BC/BE
FP/IM – Must see all ages
Current SC license / Will consider licensure candidates
Average patients per day = 18-20
EMR = NexGen
Will report to CMO
Credentialing time frame: 30 days
No Visa Applicants
