We have a Locum needs for a Family Medicine Physician for our client in Tyrone, PA. Please see the details below and let me know if you are interested.

Tyrone Office: Locum family medicine physician on a full-time basis or 4 days per week; if 4 days per week our preference is Monday to Thursday. This would be to work exclusively in the Tyrone office referenced below. Start date is 2-25-2019.

Family Medicine locum need details:

1. Required: board certified family medicine physician.
2. Required: Active PA license.
3. Strong preference that the physician is located in PA.
4. Reason for need: current, long term physician, is relocating for family reasons.
5. Credentialing probably 2 weeks as physician will not work at the hospital.
6. Office work only, no hospital work.
7. Office call: none (no overnight call, no weekend call)
8. Patient ages: adults and children (age 8 and older)
9. Patients seen by physician per day: 18 – 22.
10. APP coverage in the office.
11. EMR: EpicCare. EMR orientation: if needed will be scheduled ASAP

Pay is $110/Hour.

Malpractice, Lodging and Mileage will be covered.
