- Seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Geriatrics Physician
- Must speak fluent Spanish
- Provide comprehensive primary care to seniors with a focus on preventative medicine
- Outpatient work only
- Schedule is typically Monday - Friday 8 AM – 5 PM (No late nights, no weekends, nor hospital work required)
- Low panel sizes to be able to provide quality care for your patients
- See an average of 12 - 15 patients per day
- Phone Call is 1:25 and growing
- Full time position offering a base compensation starting at $180-200,000
- Bonus opportunity of $100K+ per year based on quality and performance (with very attainable bonus standards)
- With base salary plus bonus there is the potential of making $280-$300k
