The Practice:
* 20 bed critical access Hospital undergoing 8 Million dollar renovations
* Traditional Monday - Friday schedule
* Average patients per day: Up to 20
* EMR - Cerner w/ dragon dictation
* Large portion of population over 50
The Finances - Total Earning Potential $300K+:
* Guaranteed base salary for life of contract (Contract Position)
* Productivity incentives
* Additional income for ER coverage
* 32 Total PTO days
* Loan repayment option
* Signing bonus/Relocation Package
