A family medicine physician is needed for an FQHC about 40 minutes south of Boise, Idaho. The incoming physician will see an average of 20 to 25 patients daily in a patient-focused outpatient setting. There is an optional OB component for physicians interested in practicing obstetrics. You will enjoy working in the collegial practice, working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

You will receive an annual salary plus RVU and productivity bonuses. You will also receive loan repayment, health, dental, vision, a 401K with up to a 5 percent match, relocation assistance, a sign-on bonus, PTO, holidays, CME, and malpractice insurance.
