An esteemed Private Practice in Troy, NC is looking for a best in class Permanent MD for a Family Practice assignment. Job Description: Traditional, outpatient only Family Practice seeing two Board Certified candidates for full-time permanent positions. Active and clean NC state license, DEA is required. 2+ years’ experience in an outpatient Family Medicine setting is preferred. Well established patient base and supportive staff. Experienced mid-level shares in service provision. Practice hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:30a-5p and Fridays from 8:30a-12:30p to promote work-life balance. Low-volume call is shared among the regional location. Strong system and entity Hospitalist service program offers consult, inpatient and direct admission support. Compensation includes 2-year salary guarantee. Option to transition to productivity salary model within Year 1. Sign on bonus, loan repayment options. Annual quality bonus of up to 10%.
