About the Hospital:
This hospital is a Critical Access Hospital Located in Northern California, just Southwest of Yosemite National Park
The CAH designation is designed to reduce the financial vulnerability of rural hospitals and improve access to healthcare by keeping essential services in rural communities. This is accomplished through cost-based Medicare reimbursement.
- District hospital with 224 employees
- <25 acute/swing beds - Acute daily census – 3.5
- 15+ Distinct Part SNF beds - LTC daily census – 20-25
- Approximately 45,000+ outpatient visits annually
- Home health, hospice services and CPSI, Kinnser, ECW – EMR system
- CT Scanner, MRI and ultrasound (onsite with variable days)
- 25+ Medical Providers on staff, inclusive of specialists, family
- Certificate of Recognition and Achievement | California Hospital
- CLIA certified

Qualifications:
- BE/BC in Family Medicine
- Obtained or eligible to CA state license
- Openness to supervising up to 3 mid-levels
- CAH experience preferred
- Patient load approximately 18-22 per day
- Comfortable performing rounds, outpatient, ER coverage when necessary
Compensation:
- Salary: DOE (competitive)
- Loan Repayment: Up to $120,000 in 3 years
- Paid relocation available
