Live and work in the "Valley of the Sun" where you can enjoy all areas of life. Cascading buildings in Downtown to the City Center, Phoenix provides a sampling of all that Arizona has to offer.

Position Overview:

A financial partnership with a Clinic Group with a $2B backing.

Run your practice allowing for 12-14 patents per day. Utilize the Clinic Group's Tele-medicine solution to answer patient questions and calls when you are out of the office and administrative support.

Qualifications:

• BC/BE Family Medicine in AZ
• 2+ year Provider experience, preferred
• Openness to Integrative Wellness practices: acupuncture, oils, massage, and other forms of integrative care
• A desire to work independently with structured administrative support and financial backing from the Clinic Group.

Compensation:

• Competitive annual salary $180k-$210k, and bonus potential
• Relocation assistance available and negotiable
