Hiring a BC/BE, Family Medicine physician for an outpatient setting in Phoenix, AZ. Position is full-time and permanent.
- 36 patient hours a week; option to work 4, 9-hour days. (Three 7am-5pm shifts and everyone works 1 late day shift from 8am-6pm.)
- Physician will work with one MA
- Clinic Schedule: Monday Off, Tuesday through Friday work week
- Offering competitive compensation and benefits including: 1 week Sick Pay, 3 weeks Paid Vacation, Health, Dental, vision and short term Disability, 2 bonus structures paid quarterly beginning the second year if a recruiter is utilized in the hire, 401 K with 4% match, 7 paid Holidays, Licenses, $2,000 allowance annually for CME
