A patient-centered medical home in New York is seeking a family medicine physician. The incoming physician will join a team of 300 plus providers, seeing patients in outpatient clinics in Ulster County. The work is Monday through Friday, with one weekend shift monthly. You will see three patients per hour. Candidates must be board certified, have a clean DEA, and hold an active New York medical license. The ideal candidate will be a mission-driven provider with a passion for community health. They will consider select residents and fellows.
