Medstaff has a long-term contract to provide Family Medicine coverage for the Military in Western Kentucky(just north of Nashville, TN).
Here are the details:
• Starts later Nov/December (pending the time for acceptance and credentialing) for a commitment through September 30, 2019, with possible annual extensions
• Must be Board Certified in Family Medicine
• M-F, daytime hours, with 30-60 minutes unpaid for lunch
• Seeing about 21 patients per day
• Outpatient coverage for the military and their families
• Background must be clear of any actions, probations, revocations and voluntarily surrenders
• Allows any unrestricted US Medical License, DEA and AHA BLS and ACLS certification
• Presentation will require CV in month/year format, any unrestricted state license, DEA, BLS (and ACLS if possible), copy of Board Certification or Residency Certificate
