Signify Health is looking for full-time or part-time physicians (MD or DO) nationwide. This is an independent contractor position with Signify Health. We offer competitive compensation and will pay for associated travel expenses.

Scope of Work:
Signify Health is the leading provider of Health Risk Assessments (HRA's) for health plans and healthcare delivery organizations. Since 2009, clinicians in our network have completed more than 3.5 million health evaluations. In 2018 alone, we will complete more than 1 million evaluations for members across the country.

Physicians perform a comprehensive in-home risk assessment to assess health status, estimate level of health, inform and provide feedback to participants to reduce health risks. Health Risk Assessments capture information relating to:

• Demographic Characteristics

• Lifestyle (Exercise, Smoking, Diet)

• Personal and Family Medical History

• Physiological Data

These identified medical risks and needs can be used to engage in additional medical and social support services.

Our technology suite allows us to match members with the right solution while giving us the tools to analyze data accurately and share results with the member's primary care provider and health plan provider. Each clinician is supported by technology focused on streamlined member interaction that enables more face-to-face time and less time typing. Our technology platform provides a simple interface with features like Medi-Span for medication dosage accuracy and ability to review prior medical claims data to give the clinician the most patient health information available during the evaluation.

Requirements:
Active and Unrestricted Medical License
Board Certification is NOT Required
Comfortable Using Technology (Training Provided)
