- BE/BC Family Practitioner or Internist with experience or training in Geriatrics
- Involves some nursing home and home visit work
- Flexible scheduling and minimal distances required to travel for home visits
- No admissions or inpatient work, covered by hospitalist team
- Light call, phone only, 1:12 weekends
- Team includes Geriatrics and Palliative Care departments
