A great opportunity for a family medicine physician who likes to practice rural medicine is now available in Alaska. The incoming physician will be joining another family practice physician and will have mid-level support. You will enjoy an outpatient schedule of Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm with phone call only. Wednesdays are half days for administrative work. You will see an average daily patient census of 12 to 14. They will consider board eligible candidates, if they have experience practicing medicine in rural locations.
This opportunity has a competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including loan repayment and housing for the physician. You will receive medical benefits, a tax deferred retirement plan, CME with stipend, six weeks paid leave, and also paid sick leave.
