Clinician Type: Primary Care Physician

Unit/Dept: Primary Care Clinic

Unit Details: Clinic is splint into 2 sections, Extended Care and Primary Care, each with their own dedicated suites. Extended Care is open 7 days per week. Primary care pt population is 18+ years.

Patient Volume: 4-18 pts per day

Additional Providers/Support Staff: 1 MD, PA or NP working at a time. Don't have multiple providers working at the same time.
