Job Description

The primary focus of the Family Medicine Physician is to provide continuing, comprehensive health wellness, preventive and medical care to entire families regardless of sex, age, or type of problem.

Details:

• Permanent position
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
• Must provide primary care services, prescribe medications, and diagnose conditions
• Record medical records and be knowledgeable of treatment avenues
• Approximately 20 patients per day
• Clinics usually see 50% pediatric patients and 50% adult patients
• Patients include Medicaid and Medicare beneficiaries
• All outpatient services
• No call
• EMR: Epic

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in primary care specialty
• Valid California medical license
• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school
• Successful completion of residency at an accredited healthcare institution
• 3 years of experience in a Primary Care Physician role outside of residency
• New grads welcome to apply
