Description: A prestigious Medical group in northern NJ seeks a Family Medicine Physician to join its new, cutting edge primary care practice in Montclair. This is a full-time Family Medicine Physician position and includes pediatric, adult and geriatric care. The practice is patient centered, comprehensive, and provides longitudinal care supported by an effective management team. This and all of the group�s sites are enabled by advanced healthcare technology. This group is an NCQA recognized PCMH Level 3 and was the New Jersey Comprehensive Primary Care Initiative champion. Family Medicine Physician�s are encouraged to become engaged and grow their clinical, business and leadership skills.

• No OB, inpatients are cared for by a hospitalist team.

Education Requirements:

• Family Medicine Board Certified
• Active NJ Medical license
