West Holt Medical Services (WHMS) is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine (FM) physician who desires to serve a vibrant rural community. Located in Atkinson, Nebraska, West Holt Memorial Hospital and West Holt Medical Center serve a regional population of 10,000 families. This is chance to use your training and experience to provide quality care in a rural environment. We are looking for a physician who wants to build a satisfying practice and become a valued member of our community and you will be welcomed with open arms.

Compensation/Benefits Highlights:
  • $4,000 monthly training stipend - 3rd year of training
  • 230,00 - $250,000 base salary (could include administrative role)
  • $75,000 Signing bonus
  • Quarterly bonus - $5,000 x 4 = $20,000 paid annually
  • $100,000 – Educational Loan Repayment
  • $10,000 relocation

  • 27 days Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • 6 Holidays
  • 7 CME days + $3,000 annually
