I represent a Hospital Employed position located in a Midwest metro area of a 200,000 population, looking for a Family Medicine – Obstetrics.
- Employed – Obstetrics only no C-Section, full benefits, Paid CME, 30 Days PTO, ability to be an Attending with medical students and NP students, and the ability to be paid for supervising NP/PA’s
- Competitive 2-year Guarantee then move into a Salary, wRVU’s Bonus and Value/Quality Bonus – Ability to earn $320,000 - $365,000 a year
- Signing/Relocation of $30,000 and $100,000 retention bonus paid out over 5 years, $20,000 per year and Resident Stipends available
- Clinic is M-F, 8am-5pm, average 20-25 patients per day in clinic, average 20-38 deliveries a year though that is in your control
- Can take as much call as want, take shared call with physician joining, or share call with the other 2 groups in town
- Join and established team, a well know Health System, and work in a Patient Centered Medical Home
- Outpatient clinic call is triaged first by nursing call system, autonomy to do deliveries you want or direct elsewhere
