NORTH TEXAS! Employed General Orthopedic Surgery Opportunity
Northwest Texas Health System is recruiting a BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon for a hospital-employed position in Amarillo, TX. The position will be with a new hospital-affiliated multi-specialty group providing Primary Care, Neurology, Orthopedics, Vascular and Cardiovascular Surgery. There is currently a strong need for Orthopedics in the Amarillo community, so the incoming physician would likely have a rapid start-up (estimating 15+ patients per day within the first year). This is an excellent opportunity to build a successful new practice in a attractive and progressive community. The position will include all general orthopedic procedures, as well as Trauma and Joint cases. Ideal candidates must be Board certified or recently Board eligible. Call will be shared equally between physicians, with coverage at one hospital. Compensation package will be competitive and includes a base salary with wRVU production bonus, benefits and sign on bonus.

Amarillo Community College is located in the city and West Texas A & M is located fifteen minutes from Amarillo.
