DaVita Medical Group is looking for a Full-time Primary Care Physician to join our team in Covina, CA. The clinicians we seek are those who practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.

Position Details:

• Take over an existing panel of ~2,000 patients from a provider who is retiring!
• 8am-5pm Mon-Fri (1.0 FTE) – NO CALL, option for a 4-day work week
• See 18-23 patients per day in the clinic
• Stable adult patient panel ages 18-65+; option to see PEDS and Adolescents
• 70% Managed Care, 30% PPO/Medicare
• Subspecialty support in-house
• Ancillary services on site

Requirements:

• Unrestricted California State Medical License
• Candidates without a California State Medical License will be considered, however, the licensing process takes 6-9 months
• Current California DEA certificate required to start
• BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine
• BLS certification

• Fluent Spanish speaking ability
