Family Practice Physician in West Virginia
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 4 day work week Pay Rate: $210000.00 - 280000.00

Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and/or Med/Peds
In practice experience required for Medical Director role. Primary care physicians are also encouraged to apply if interested in staff level positions

Family Practice Physician in West Virginia
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 4 day work week Pay Rate: $210000.00 - 280000.00
Highlights of the Opportunity Include:
- Can make $325,000+ salary if you're a hard worker
- Both staff level positions available as well as a Medical Director Opportunity
- Up to $300,000 year one guaranteed which includes base salary, loan repayment, signing bonus, and relocation
- Awarded National Quality Leader in 2017 by HRSA and was recognized as one of the top 50 FQHCs in the entire country for its quality of care
- Ability to pay off 100% of your loan debt over time—up to $40,000 per year in loan forgiveness
- Great work life balance—ability to do 100% outpatient with very easy call coverage responsibility
- Walk right into an established practice—this group is taking on 3 new practices in 2018
- Up to $25,000 for sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation allowance
- 35 days off per year which includes PTO, holidays, personal days, and CME
- An outstanding benefits program includes health, dental, professional courtesy, malpractice insurance, CME stipend and 401k with a match
- For Medical Director role you will supervise a large/medium size team of providers including family nurse practitioners, physician assistants, care managers and medical support staff
