Looking for a family practice physician in Supai, Arizona. If you can help, or know anyone who could help! Assignment is flexible starting with a 3 month contract with likelihood of extending if desired. Outpatient clinic is open Monday through Friday. On 2 week rotations, flying in by helicopter Friday in the morning. Accepting candidates with a background in Family Medicine (FP) can be Board certified, or Board eligible, and have DEA, ACLS, PALS, and CPR or BLS. MDA offers weekly pay, direct deposit, travel and housing if needed and A++ professional malpractice insurance. A typical presentation will include the following; however initial conversation with submission of CV and availability to MDA is a great starting point: CV, 2 peer references, details on EMR experience, AZ license copy, availability, malpractice history, and any details of NPDB or license action
