Job Description

The primary focus of the Family Medicine Physician is to provide quality care and make a real difference in the lives of patients.

Details:

• Permanent, full-time position
• Federally Qualified Health Center
• All-age patients
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hr shifts
• Inpatient and outpatient setting
• Provide comprehensive medical services to clients within the scope of practice
• Obtain appropriate consults when problems presented are outside the scope of practice
• Provide oral and written health education to clients and their families
• Maintain productivity standards
• Answer messages and sign off on clinical reports
• Complete legible and legally defensible medical records in a timely manner
• Attend continuing education programs

Qualifications
