Job Description

This Birmingham Health System is assisting a large multi-specialty physician group in their search for a Board certified/board eligible Family Medicine or Urgent Care physician for its office in Pell City, AL (35 miles east). Job features include the following.

  • Large primary care group needs Family Medicine or Urgent care to manage NPs who cover after hour care at main office in Pell City
  • Base salary $265K with potential of $400K, no call no inpatient, 40 hours per week, insurance premiums paid for medical/dental/vision, 15 days PTO, Life/Disability Insurance, 401K, 5 days + $5,000 for CME, Partner track after two years
  • In-office ancillaries provide lucrative financial package
  • One of the fastest growing areas of the state due to economic development: Honda plant, Honda and Mercedes plant suppliers, new hospital, new VA assisted living center, lakeside community
  • Production bonuses

  • MD preferred, will consider a DO
