Southern New Hampshire Area
• Clinic hours: Mon 8a-6p, Tues-Fri 8a-5p
• Coverage is 4 days per week, no weekends
• Backup Call: RN triage first, low call volume 0:2
• Must be comfortable with all ages, womb to tomb
• Average 15-20 patients each day
• ABFM or Eligible Accepted
• NH License & DEA, willing to license
• Permanent position also available
