Medicus has partnered with a facility just 40 minutes from downtown Chicago, Illinois, with an opening for a Family Medicine physician to assist their team with locum coverage.
Opening Details:
- Schedule: 4 to 5-hour shifts, 7 days per week
- Setting: Inpatient
- Patient Volume: 20 per day
- Patient Population: Ages 5-17
- Average Length of Stay: 11.5 days
- Current Team: 3 Internal Medicine MDs, 1 Family Medicine MD, 2 Cardiologists, 1 Radiologist
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible
- Paid travel & expenses
During your time off, wander tree-lined streets filled with vintage storefronts and indie cafés, bike or jog along forest-preserve trails, and take a short ride into adjacent parklands for golf, fishing, and quiet picnic areas.
