The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is currently recruiting a Family Medicine Physician on behalf of its Health Alliance partners, Mount Carmel and Madison Health, to join its primary care network, Madison Health Primary Care, a network of practices that provide the residents of Madison County, Ohio and the surrounding area access to primary care providers close to home. Madison Health Primary Care is expanding access by establishing a practice to serve the rural communities of Mount Sterling, South Vienna, and South Charleston. You will be providing the residents of these communities much needed primary medical care. Madison Health is currently working with community leaders to develop and build out new space for the practice locations. These communities are located within 25 miles of Columbus, Ohio, close to all the arts, entertainment, social, and educational opportunities the metropolitan area has to offer.
The duties and responsibilities will include examination, evaluation, and treatment of patients in an outpatient setting. The Family Medicine Physician is responsible to provide a wide range of treatments necessary to meet the needs of our patients.
Candidates must have a M.D. or D.O. Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine is required.
We will seriously consider those coming right out of a residency program or those who are already practicing.
