Join a well-established family medicine practice in this beautiful coastal community and enjoy a flexible schedule, light patient load, and no call or weekend requirements.
Position Details:
• Outpatient only.
• No call or weekend requirements. Optional call shifts offer additional pay.
• Flexible schedule with an optional 4-day work week.
• Bilingual provider preferred.
• Lighter patient load allows you optimal time with each patient.
• FQHC site with multiple clinics across the county.
• Visa sponsorship available.
Enjoy a generous compensation package including a competitive base salary, sign-on bonus, and relocation stipend. Additional incentives include:
• Competitive salary range of $250,000-$262,000.
• Full-benefit package, 5 weeks of PTO, $5,000 CME, lucrative retirement fund, and malpractice coverage.
• Additional student loan coverage of up to $300,000 through the state of California. Additional loan assistance programs available as well.
• Housing assistance program available - coverage for a down payment and/or closing costs for homebuyers.
