This facility is seeing a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

- Schedule: Monday - Friday 9a-5p
- Job Setting: Standard Outpatient Health Center
- Types of Cases: Sick, well, flu, COVID, physicals, chronic care
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- Must be Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine with 5 years’ experience
- Must have an active Illinois state license
