Job Description:

Coverage Type: No call

Practice Setting: Outpatient

EMR: Epic

Patients per Shift: 20

Description: Looking for provider to work M-F 8a - 5p in the clinics may need providers to work 3 days at 1 site and float to another for 2 days - do not submit providers without indicating if they will float or not. Site would like a provider that can see ALL AGES.
