Medical Director – Post Acute Care (EM, FP, IM, Geriatrics) - Part-Time

Seeking a board certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatrician or Emergency Medicine physician with post acute care experience to join a practice providing inpatient primary care to adults in skilled nursing facilities.

This part-time position includes patient care rounding in skilled nursing facilities. 2 days per week.

There is no primary night call with the support of our in-house call group.
