  • Coverage Needed
    • ASAP-Ongoing
    • Full paid day of Orientation
  • Schedule
    • 3 days per week
    • 8am-5pm
    • Flexible on 3 days, just need same 3 day pattern ongoing
    • 2 Full days of Home Based Care
    • 1 Full day to include 50% virtual visit, 50% office work
      • This 1 Full day can be either from Home or from local office in Myrtle Beach
  • Clinical Details
    • Variety of cases, common and complex
    • Mostly geriatrics and Medicare patients
    • 6-7 visits per day, complex get longer appointment times
    • Option for Locums to Perm
    • No call
  • Requirements
    • BLS
    • Must be able to cover same days each week
    • Active SC license, SC DEA and SC CDS
  • Support Staff
    • Home visits are done alongside a 'Help Advocate', who provides support and will arrive at same scheduled time to home visit.
  • EMR
    • Proprietary EMR with Training using Zodiac Athena
