Start Date: ASAP for 3-6 months
Patient Volume: 10-15 patients per day- Cold, cough, flu, suturing, wellness checks and Injections would be preferred.
M-W from 8a-5p; Thurs from 8a-7p and Friday from 8a-3p
Seeing all ages of patients is preferred
*Provider will be acting Medical Director until a perm is found. This position will be 60% seeing patients and 40% administrative. Previous experience in this type of role would be preferred.
