We are helping a major health system in Washington with a need for Outpatient Family Medicine (Advanced Practice) starting this November. Please review the details listed below and let me know if you think you would be a good fit.
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Monday – Friday or Sunday to Wednesday
Hours: 8am-5pm, 8am-8pm or combination of both
Rate: $115-$125 per hour; depending on Travel requirements
Clinic Location: Washington (Outside of Portland / Vancouver)
Family Medicine
- Outpatient clinic
- 4 patients per hour
- All Ages
- Nursing and support staff in clinic
- EPIC EMR
Requirements:
- BLS
- Active Washington State License (may consider a well qualified candidate that needs licensure)
- COVID Vaccination + Booster Required
- WA DEA
