Well established primary care organization located in an upscale area of Arlington Heights is seeking an additional family physician. They just moved their practice to a beautiful, new building. All modern equipment and lots of office space.
This is bustling, Northwest suburb of Chicago. They have a great downtown with many music venues, theater. unique restaurants, shopping and outdoor concerts.
The new provider will have an out patient practice with very reasonable patient volume.
Collegiate group of physicians and support staff.
They have a total of 19 providers in 5 locations
Providers can work 4 10/hr shifts or 5 8/hr shifts
Admin time is allotted for a total of 40hr work week.
Call is 1 week per month, by phone only and after hours, very light. FNPs take first call.
Excellent salary and full benefits including student loan repayment.
Located near the new home of the Chicago Bears!!
