**Family Medicine opening: Watseka, IL** Located 91m from Chicago; 122m from Indianapolis **Position Details** - Full time, permanent opening - Seeking BC/BE Family Medicine physician for rural practice - No OB - Combined inpatient & outpatient - primarily outpatient - Hospitalists that are NPs so the PCPs rotate call to provide oversight for a week at a time - Do rounds with NP and make a note in the record as well as take care of any orders that require a physician signature (CMS forms, admit, discharge) - The NPs handle calls after hours and only contact physician if they have questions/problems - The after hours calls to the physicians are minimal - EMR - Average of 20 patients/day - Small, active physician category with local doctors (8) but have many consulting physicians that are credentialed for tele health services or visiting specialists, plus ED - Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k, etc (normal benefits), CME
