CENTER MEDICAL DIRECTOR

We have an immediate need for a direct hire, full time Center Medical Director at one of our growing centers!

Job Overview
The Center Medical Director (CMD) provides medical care for Senior patients; and, responsible for the medical care across a variety of settings, including but not limited to the ADHC clinic, participants’ homes, the nursing home, assisted living facilities and personal care boarding homes.

Responsibilities

  • Primary Care/Patient Care - Estimated Percent of time Spent – 65%
  • Administrative - Estimated Percent of time Spent – 15%
  • Supervision - Estimated Percent of time Spent – 20%

Program Development
Work for a leadership team that supports physician advancement and leadership development, that welcomes your input for continuous program enhancements.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree; Current; active and unrestricted PA State Medical License and DEA number
  • Board Certified in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, with some experience in an outpatient setting
  • Passion for working with senior populations
  • Willingness and interest in being a hands-on leader
  • Local travel on occasion if needed
