We have an opportunity for a full-time
Talent Acquisition Partner, who will be responsible for managing the
recruitment process for all hospitals in the assigned territory. The Talent
Acquisition Partner will develop and manage strong consultative relationships
with leaders to proactively identify hiring needs and attract top talent while
continuously seeking ways to refine, improve and enhance the talent acquisition
process and the candidate experience. This position will require periodic
travel to hospitals in the assigned territory.
Experience: At least three years’ recruiting experience in a healthcare setting required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
