Highlights:

• Collaborative & Team oriented primary care group (5 full time providers)
• Busy, established practice with opportunity for growth
• Access to 130+ providers in the Capital Region Physician network as well as referrals to University of Missouri Healthcare specialists
• Flexible work schedule; currently providers work 4, 10 hour days (clinic is closed 1 hour for a dedicated lunch / admin time)

Details of Offer:

• Hospital employed with Capital Region Physicians
• 3-year contract with salary guarantee and the option to convert to a production model at anytime
• $290-350k base salary range (based on MGMA standards) commensurate with experience
• Paid Time Off (Vacation & CME) – 4 weeks / After 5 years – 5 weeks
• $4000 Yearly CME Stipend + Paid Missouri Licensure, Medical Staff, BNDD, DEA, AOA and Board (Re)Certification Fees/Dues
• Paid Medical Malpractice Insurance and Tail Upon Departure
