Practice Information
• Intermountain Healthcare is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join the Manti Clinic
• Family medicine with or without OB will be considered
• Weekend call of 1:5; no weekday call
• Family friendly rural community
• Employment with the Intermountain Medical Group
• Primary hospital location is Sanpete Hospital
Requirements
• Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
• U.S. ACGME Residency

Sanpete County is located in central Utah's Panoramaland. Pleasant is a 20-bed facility serving the health care needs of Mt. Pleasant, Manti and the surrounding area.
Minimum Qualifications
Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
