Practice Information

• BC/BE family medicine physician is needed to join an established group of 13 providers
• InstaCare and multi – specialty clinic
• Staff is experienced and stable
• Call schedule is one weekend every 2 months – phone calls only
• Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group

Requirements

• Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
• U.S. ACGME Residency
