- BC/BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatrics
- 20-25k Sign-on Bonus and relocation
- Stock options
- Call by phone only (phasing this out soon)
- Each year after year 1 there will be a performance review with substantial raises

- Small patient panel size 9 ppd
