New Family Medicine Physician Locums Job in Illinois Starting in August

Details/Requirements:
--Retiring
--Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
--Prefer full-time
--Prefer someone to take 1:8 call. Possibly weekend.
--EMR system: Athena
--Average 18-22 patients per day
--Two mid-levels
--Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
--Illinois licensed
