We are looking for a Locum FP Physician for our client in Hana, HI. Please see the details below and let me know if you would be interested.
Details:
I am looking for 1 MD/Do for vacation coverage for the month of June for the following dates:
June 1-5
June 8-12
June 15-19
June 22-25
June 29- July 3
Schedule:
Thursday clinic 8a-5p and call 5:01 till 8 am the next day (every other Thursday)
Friday clinic 8a-5p and call 5:01 till 8 am the next day
Saturday clinic 8a-noon and call 12:01 till 8 am the next day
Sunday call only 8 am to till 8 am the next day
Second one is for then Mon -Wed schedule
June 26 through September 25
Monday clinic 8a-5p and call 5:01 till 8 am the next day
Tuesday clinic 8a-5p and call 5:01 till 8 am the next day
Wednesday clinic 8a-5p and call 5:01 till 8 am the next day
Thursday call 5:01 till 8 am the next day (every other Thursday
Pay is $90/Hour with Malpractice Covered.
Hotel and Travel is provided.
