- Employed hospitalist group
- Join 28 physicians and 12 mid-level providers
- Level II Trauma Center
- Patient census usually peaks at around 18
- No ICU or procedures required (intensivist on site)
- 12 days on 9 days off 10 hour shifts
- Back to back weekends off
