Job Description
The primary focus of the Family Medicine Physician is to provide direct medical care to patients in a community clinic setting.
Details:
Part-time, permanent position
Perform medical examinations on female, male, and pediatric patients requesting services, providing assessment and treatment of primary care problems
Provide comprehensive reproductive health care
Act as medical supervisor and consultant to staff mid-level clinicians
Take an active role in quality assurance and outcome analysis
Serve on after hours telephone call rotation
Contribute to achieving health center productivity goals

Qualifications
Current California medical license
DEA certification
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
Current (or willingness to obtain) staff membership at one or more local hospitals
Current CPR certification
Experience in delivering prenatal care and pre/post abortion care
Ability to converse in Spanish preferred
