If you love practicing true full-scope Family Medicine but hate the thought of living hours away from anything, joining this collegial group of 6 FM OBs near Green Bay, WI could be the change you've been looking for.
Organization Details:
- Busy team of 6 FM OB physicians; 12 providers total
- Brand-new hospital and clinic now located on the same campus
- OB and C-sections optional - but if you're passionate about OB, there's plenty of volume with 240+ deliveries annually. No fellowship required.
- Physicians are excited to welcome a new partner; ready to provide mentorship and surgical OB proctorship if needed
- Orthopedic care, cardiology, urology, pulmonary, dermatology, nephrology, ENT and ophthalmology and neurology all on-site
Position Details:
- Year 1 and 2: guaranteed compensation higher than what 90% of practices offer (MGMA)
- Year 3+: extremely generous tiered w-RVU system.
- $100,000 recruitment bonus
- 35 days+ of time-off annually, or option to take a 3-month sabbatical every year
- 4 or 4.5 days per week
- Health/dental/vision, outstanding retirement options, malpractice, CME stipend, & more
